The Story of Vinyl Fire

Vinyl Fire started around 2010 with a simple idea: make great things and put them into the real world. Founder Andy Isaacson came from a web design background, building and running online forums before social media took over. Those forums revolved around diesel trucks, and with them came membership programs—stickers mailed out to people who loved being part of something. That’s where the spark caught. Stickers weren’t just swag; they were connection, identity, and craft.

Andy brought production in-house, fell hard for the printing process, and discovered something digital design could never fully offer: tangibility. Designs could be held, installed, displayed, and lived with. Stickers led to signs, banners, decals, and beyond—and Vinyl Fire was born in a garage, hands-on and self-taught.

In 2013, Vinyl Fire moved to Hayden, Idaho, into the same building we still call home today. Over the years, we’ve grown steadily—adding equipment, refining processes, expanding capabilities, and recently taking on a second unit to support continued growth. More importantly, we’ve had the privilege of watching our customers grow alongside us, from small startups to established brands.

At Vinyl Fire, printing isn’t just production—it’s partnership. Everyone on our team genuinely cares about our customers, their ideas, and their success. We believe that when our customers win, we win too. That mindset drives how we work, how we communicate, and how we show up every day.

Print. Cut. Create.

That’s not just our tagline—it’s how Vinyl Fire was built, and how we keep building what’s next.
